Synthesis and Plan

For my passion project the research I have been doing has taught me several things about the US economy and how it affects the world. I've acknowledged that ever since the US went into a recession the world global trade growth dropped from 5.5 cents to 4.4 cents. This means that the US recession has taken a toll on the rest of the world because they cannot trade as much. Another impact the recession had on the US and the rest of the world is raising unemployment in this country. Big time firms were forced to freeze employment skyrocketing the unemployed statistics. My goal for my passion project is not only to be able to fully explain the impact of the US recession on the rest of the world but be able to predict how to and when the world will get out of it. Why are is the world in a recession in the first place? When will the economy rise back? What can the US do as a nation to get their economy back as well as the world economy?
